It's time to start working with chemicals to develop the film we took on Friday. So today is all about safety. You've got to get 100% on the safety quiz before you can move forward from here. Read through the slides, ask questions, be diligent.
Today is a smorgasbord of activities. We are finishing history presentations, going over a new Photoshop project, and learning how to load our 35mm film cameras. Check out the buttons for more information. Today we are starting History Presentations! These will end on Wednesday.
NOTE: PERIODS 1-3 GO TO ROOM 2406 STARTING TOMORROW (TUESDAY) FOR THE REST OF THE MONTH. Ms. K was sick yesterday (12/5/19). You worked on your history projects. Today, we are discussing the impact of cameras on early American Life and performing peer critiques on our presentations in order to prepare for the real presentations starting next week, which will occur Monday - Wednesday.
For the next several days, you and a partner will complete the History of Photography Research Project. We will do presentations next Tuesday and Wednesday December 10-11.
Here's the project: It's time to move on to our History Unit. To start, we are going to do a quick photo shoot, old school style. This will give you just a taste of what it will be like to shoot with a film camera.
NO SIGHT ACTIVITY Objective: Take photos without relying on your LCD screen. To DO:
